La Maison is a 19th century-inspired residential rental building located in the St. Boniface area of Winnipeg. Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. was responsible for the design and build of their integrated system, which featured electric furnaces, high-efficiency hot water tanks, and in-suite heat recovery ventilator units.
