Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. first entered the industry predominantly installing conventional HVAC equipment equipment in residential homes. Over the years, our services have expanded to include installation in multi-family apartment complexes, personal care homes, sports facilities and industrial buildings.

As a full-service mechanical contractor, we can provide either conventional HVAC or geothermal HVAC options for your project. If the economics of a geothermal system do not make sense for your project, we’ll offer a full solution for your conventional HVAC requirements.

For many of the conventional HVAC projects we install, we are also able to complete a comprehensive analysis to determine if a geothermal or VRF system has an attractive payback period.
