When SCMI started more than 20 years ago as a conventional HVAC contractor, we sub-contracted required plumbing work. As the company acquired more complex commercial and industrial work, plumbing staff were critical to ensure installations were done to our standards. All our trades personnel are qualified by many years of experience.
