6 Plex Projects

SCMI partnered with Paragon Design Build on several six-plex multi-family resident projects. Each suite ranges in size from 1,150 square feet to 1,288 square feet and comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every square foot counts for these in-fill projects, so the floor plans did not allocate much room for mechanical equipment.  SCMI worked closely with the engineers and architects to design an HVAC system that functions effectively and efficiently while minimizing  bulkheads through the project.
