Located in Niverville, Manitoba, Southern Comfort Mechanical has been in business since 2001.  During this time, partners Mel Buhler and Paul Neufeld have grown this family -owned and -operated business from two to over 20 employees. 

As a full service mechanical contractor, we can take responsibility for every aspect of your mechanical system design and installation, including equipment service and scheduled maintenance.

SCMI is dedicated to providing our customers with top quality products and services on time and within budget.  We accomplish this while maintaining integrity, teamwork, and a safe work environment.

We have extensive commercial, agricultural, industrial and residential experience.  Our clients include commercial contractors, custom homebuilders, architects, engineers, and private clients throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario.

SCMI has dedicated divisions for geothermal heating and cooling, conventional heating and cooling, ventilation, plumbing, mechanical service and mechanical consulting. 

Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. staff performs 92% of its work on an annual basis, with only insulation, fire suppression and control work being subcontracted.  We provide service to commercial and industrial customers 24 hours a day, with the most skilled and courteous heating, cooling, and ventilation technicians in the industry.
