The Jefferson

The Jefferson is a 6-storey affordable luxury apartment building that is coming up in The Maples area.  Built with high-end quality construction and sustainable, energy-efficient materials, it will be close to amenities like banks, shops and transit routes.  Directly across the street from The Maples Collegiate, the project will have a mix of one, two and three-bedroom suites.  

SCMI has been tasked with the installation of plumbing and HVAC throughout the building, including premier HRV systems in each suite.

The HVAC system also ensures a continuous supply of fresh air to the corridors and public spaces including the underground parkade which is heated and well-ventilated.  This allows each tenant to control their ventilation rates, while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
