Gateway Church & The King’s School

When completed, Gateway Church and The King’s School will be a two-storey, 80,000 sq. ft. structure with classrooms on the main and basement levels to accommodate students from pre-school to Grade 12. There will also be a prayer tower and a gym and café. This is a design/build project, and the focus throughout the design and construction has been to provide a building that is comfortable, yet cost conscious with regards to installation costs. This project has proven to be a very interesting one for SCMI – mechanical and structural challenges needed to be overcome while keeping within budget.  Thriving on challenges, our team resolved these with prompt and mindful communication with our client each step of the way.
